In case you haven’t heard, the 2012 edition of Week In the Life is coming next week! My Week In the Life album from last year is one of my favorite scrapbooking projects I’ve ever done so I’m excited to tackle this project once again.
I’ll be sharing my plan for my 2012 Week In the Life album next week but if you’re looking for some tips to get you started, be sure to check out this guest post I wrote earlier this year for Tell Your Story Everyday. It covers everything you need to know from planning your album, to capturing your week and actually getting it done.
You can also check out all of my 2011 Week In Life related posts here.
And if you’re in need of some digital scrapbooking templates to get you started on your album, be sure to check out my Photo Book Frenzy 8×10 and 12×12 templates as well as the coordinating Week In the Life Highlights 8×10 and 12×12 template sets. Traci Reed and I also teamed up to create a slip-in-ified version of all four template sets which you can find here.
As an added bonus, if you purchase any of the Photo Book Frenzy template packs at Sweet Shoppe Designs before the end of Friday, April 20th, you’ll get the coordinating Week In the Life Highlights pack for free!
Want to see how easy it is to use the Photo Book Frenzy templates to create your own photo book? Be sure to check out my two-part video tutorial here.

I just found your blog/work this weekend after Ali tweeted about your 2011 album and all I can say is love, love, love! I promptly bought the template and am busy working on my album now. After reading this post I realized that I didn’t get the highlights page (since I just bought it today.) Is there a way to purchase it separately? I think it would make a great addition to the book! I am assuming you printed with Blurb? (I have never used them before–but am excited to try them out. Thanks, and so glad I found your site. It’s bookmarked now, so I’ll be back!

Yay, so glad you found me Heather! I see you purchased the templates through my store so the Highlights should be included. There are two files – they’re labeled 9H and 10H and should be towards the bottom of the folder if it’s sorted by file name. Let me know if you still don’t see them but they should be in there!

Goodness, I see them now. So sorry about that:) I am having so much fun already with the pages–such a beautiful classic look. Thanks so much for the inspiration:)

No worries! They were sneakily hiding in there, haha.
